1. Overview

At Plixonarspyx, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of BioBalance Plus. This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return products and receive a refund.

This policy complies with European Union and Dutch consumer protection laws, including the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), the Dutch Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek, Book 7 – Consumentenkoop), and the Distance Selling Act (Wet koop op afstand).

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU/Netherlands Consumers)

As a consumer in the European Union or the Netherlands, you have the statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days without giving any reason (bedenktijd). The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquires physical possession of the goods.

Important: If we have not clearly informed you about your right of withdrawal before you placed your order, the withdrawal period is extended to 12 months from the end of the original 14-day period.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email or the model withdrawal form). You may use the model withdrawal form below, but you are not obliged to do so.

3. Return Conditions

3.1 Eligible Returns

To be eligible for a return under the statutory right of withdrawal, you may examine the goods as you would in a shop but must not use them. For health and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened products with intact seals. The following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be in its original, unopened packaging
  • The product seal must be intact
  • The return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery (statutory withdrawal period) — we also accept returns of unopened products within 30 days as a goodwill gesture
  • You must have proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

3.2 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been opened or used
  • Products with broken seals (for health and hygiene reasons)
  • Products returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Products that have been damaged by the customer

4. Return Process

4.1 Initiating a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at online@plixonarspyx.world with your order number and reason for return
  • Wait for our return authorization and instructions
  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging
  • Ship the product to the address we provide
  • Retain proof of postage

4.2 Return Shipping

Unless the product is defective or we made an error with your order, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service for your protection.

4.3 Return Address

Returns should be sent to the address provided in your return authorization email. Do not send returns without first contacting us for authorization.

5. Refunds

5.1 Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days.

5.2 Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your bank or payment provider.

5.3 Refund Amount

You will receive a full refund of the product price. Original shipping costs are refundable if:

  • The entire order is returned within the 14-day withdrawal period
  • The product was defective or incorrect

If you chose an express or premium shipping option, we will only refund the cost of standard shipping.

6. Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damage or defect
  • Keep all original packaging

For defective or damaged products, we will cover the return shipping costs and offer either a replacement or full refund.

7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the expected timeframe:

  • Check your bank account or payment provider
  • Contact your credit card company, as it may take time for the refund to post
  • Contact your bank, as processing times may vary
  • If you have done all of the above and still have not received your refund, please contact us

9. Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. We will do our best to cancel the order, but we cannot guarantee cancellation once the order has entered our fulfillment process.

10. Consumer Rights and Legal Guarantee

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Under Dutch and EU law (including the legal guarantee of conformity in Book 7 Burgerlijk Wetboek), you are entitled to repair, replacement, or a refund for defective products for up to 2 years from delivery. For the first 6 months, any defect is presumed to have existed at the time of delivery.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you are entitled to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. For complaints about unfair commercial practices, you may contact the Dutch Authority for Consumers and Markets (Autoriteit Consument & Markt, ACM) at acm.nl.
